Setting up an event login code

With Snappic, you can now generate a code unique to each event. This means you won't have to share your account password in order for your client to gain access. You can simply pass the code on to your clients, who can log into the specific event using that code with the grey label app. When they activate this feature, only this specific event will show on the iPad when using the event code. Your other events will not be shown or accessible.

*Only Available on Enterprise Plus Master accounts & not sub-accounts or any other subscriptions.

Step 1

To begin, you will first need to create an account PIN to activate this handy feature. Your first step will be to hover over your profile on the top right-hand corner, then select the ‘My Profile’ option and proceed.

Step 2:

Select the 'Advanced' tab.

Step 3:

Create an Account Pin then save changes and continue on step 4.

Step 4:

Click on the 'Actions' Button on your event and select 'Manage devices'

Now you can generate your event code and then revoke access, be sure to pass this code on to your attendant or client.

Revoke Access to Single-Event

To revoke access to this single-event login, simply revoke the code.

You won’t be able to revoke any licences if none are available when starting the event on any iPad.

Step 1:
After logging into your enterprise plus account, select the event you would like to use then click on the 'Actions' button > followed by the 'Manage Devices' option from within the dropdown menu.

Step 2:

You can now disable the revoking of licenses from Other Events. Just click on the check box & assign a license to your event by clicking on the 'assign' button then assign a license & save!

This is what you will see when you open the app on the iPad (see below). You just need to choose the 'event code log in' option.
