With Snappic you can add an additional device to your account or to a specific event only.
New: For annual account packages you are now able to purchase monthly licenses as well.
Adding a device license to a specific event:
Step 1 - Go to the event you want to add the license to.
Step 2 - Click "Edit" under the "Features" section
Step 3 - From here you can simply add a Photo Booth license (or sharing station license) to the specific event - see screenshot below.
Please note this additional license can only be used for this specific event then and can not be transferred to another event.
Adding a device license to your account if you are on a monthly or annual package:
Step 1 - Click the "Account" tab at the top of your dashboard to go to the account management page.
Step 2 - Now click "Manage" next to "Devices"
Step 3 - If you are on a recurring subscription, you will see there are 2 sections: "Manage Current Subscription" and "Manage Future Subscription".
Manage Current Subscription means whatever item you add, for example, an additional license, the system will add it to your current package to use immediately.
Manage Future Subscription means whatever item you add, for example, an additional license, the system will add it to your next package, so when your package recurs then you will be able to use the item (additional license).
If you are on an annual package you will notice you are now able to add additional licenses for monthly periods as well.
So you can add a device license for just one month or more if needed to your annual package - see screenshot below.
New: Also note that if you have an Enterprise plus package that you can now move licenses from your master account to sub-accounts without the limitation of sub-accounts needing to have the same end date. So you will be able to move licenses from your master account to sub-accounts as you please no matter the sub-account end date.
